Taking care of Problems with the iPhone 4

The iPhone 4 is one of the planet's greatest advertising cellular telephones. Granted that it has been on the business sector for over a year, it has viewed off rivalry from countless match handsets to be extensively regarded the best equipped smartphone you would be able to purchase.
Notwithstanding, such as with all smartphones, some situations can go out. Knowing how to bargain with them, nonetheless, connotes that they won’t scratch the joy that the iPhone 4 is to utilize.

  • Battery Life
One of the iPhone 4's signature offers is its fitness to multi-errand. On the other hand, having different applications running out of sight can lessen the units at present proportionally short electric storage device essence. Turning off Wi-Fi, area aids and notices can enhance the gadget's electric cell essence, as well as turning down the screen brilliance and shutting applications that aren’t being utilized.
  • Broken Screen
The iPhone 4 is a unimaginably hardwearing mechanism, but mishaps can happen. A broken screen can make the iPhone unusable, but any Apple store can settle it for an expense. Connecting a screen defender and putting the iPhone in a case can diminish the shot of breakages happening.
  • Signal Problems
The problem’s with the iPhone 4’s signal were much publicised and were somewhat of a PR nightmare for Apple. The iPhone 4’s signal issues generally arose when users held their device in the bottom-left corner, but the can be rectified by putting a plastic ‘bumper’ on the device. Apple may also replace iPhones with persistent signal problems if they are under warranty.
  • Email
Back for message on the iPhone 4 is for the most part absolutely exceptional. Nonetheless, some users have reported some situations with messages being pushed to their apparatus. Apple iPhone 5 Features and Release Date

Apple iPhone 5 Features and Release Date

As the 5th cycle of the iPhone is on the borderline of being discharged, and with every last trace of the hypotheses spreading on the Internet concerning the iPhone 5, folks are suspecting and urgently holding up for the launch of the smartphone. Countless fans and current Apple iPhone purchasers are considering what momentous offers Apple will put in the unique iPhone 5.
This sections abridges the many sided offers and determinations that are anticipated to wear the mechanism.

iPhone 5 Features

Even though Apple tries not to disclose the careful particulars and emphasizes until the apparatus is formally disclosed, we might manage some of the prevailing offers that are looked for. Nonetheless, gossip of the brand new iPhone 5 emphasizes, in terms of both equipment and product updates, will unmistakably tempt any smart phone purchaser.
The upcoming telephone is looked for to brandish the Apple's most cutting edge and most terrific A5 processor chip, iCloud aid, higher-determination zoom lens, and a 4-crawl screen size. Here are some of the most exceptionally reckoned iPhone 5 offers:

iOS 5

Apple proclaimed iOS 5.0 and its offers in the midst of the WWDC 2011 keynote location on June 6, 2011. The user interface is dependent upon the notion of immediate control, utilizing multi-touch motions. It is looked for to gone with something greater than 200 revamped offers that will incorporate upgraded Notification System, News Stand and iMessage.
iMessage is a requisition that is advanced to contend with Blackberry Messenger. The application will permit iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad users to impart (much similar to a talk utility) with one another. The iMessage offer has been mixed into the SMS/MMS provision utilized initially on the iPhone models.

iPhone 5

iCloud

The iPhone5 is looked for to have the iCloud aid.
Macintosh's iPhone 5 is anticipated to emphasize the revamped iCloud aid for satellite remote access of music from all PCs and versatile units.
The iPhone5 will mechanically match up with the iCloud which will permit users to archive photographs, applications, logbooks and reports without having them to archive in the telephone's memory. Fruit is in addition gazing to tie toward top music mark ensembles to permit tunes for the iCloud aid.
In any case, rumours state that Apple may discharge a flat-price “iCloud iPhone” almost touching the iPhone 5. It might be named the “iPhone Mini”
“The iPhone Mini (or iPhone Nano, or whatever) would be able to have quite less space than a regular iPhone. In all likelihood 8 gigabytes of space – the same as the least finish iPhones at this time. Fruit won’t forestall users from saving their particular substance, on the grounds that could be mad. However subsequent to it has a modest sum of memory, Apple will conceivable prod the capability to stream media via MobileMe simultaneously.”

A5 Processor to power the iPhone5Apple A5 Processor to power iPhone 5

iPhone 5 will house the A5 as the principle processor, which particularly is the same chip that as of now capacities the iPad 2. The A5 holds a double-heart ARM Cortex-A9 CPU with NEON SIMD quickening agent and a double heart PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU, which implies that the iPhone5 can do twice the work immediately. The processor speed should be an as yet undisclosed place among 1.2 to 1.5 GHz, with undoubtedly a 1GB RAM.
The processor overhaul is finished not to expand the transforming speed of the telephone, but likewise to rival the recently started Samsung Galaxy S II.
The A5 chip could practically expand the capacity utilize, notwithstanding, it is expressed that the chip has “got a progressive capacity administration”, which can bring down the [speed] hinging on the workload, and in this way productively make utilize of the control.

iPhone 5 to Sport a Better Camera

The iPhone 4 brandishes a 5 megapixel zoom lens, so I’m looking for that the iPhone 5 will have a back-confronting 8MP double-LED blaze picture clicker. In any case, this isn’t positively “amazing”, after the greater part of the towering-closure Android smartphones join a 8MP camera. As well as that, the iPhone 5 is looked for to have a front-encountering picture clicker for film visiting.

iPhone Features
Consistent with roots, Apple has indexed some patent provisions identifying with 3D picture catching to the US Patent and Trademark Office later in March. This demonstrates that the iPhone 5 may emphasize a 3D camera. The recording demonstrates that the mechanism could be equipped for of catching, preparing and rendering 3D pictures with double-picture clicker fittings. An additional intriguing offer is that the iPhone 5 should be skilled for the purpose of taking pictures in Panorama. It will work comparatively to the ’360 Panorama’ provision in the App Store. It will spared you the time to take pictures in a succession as you move the picture clicker from one side to a different, which toward the finale will easily line the visualizations as one to make a scene.
Furthermore, if Apple totally would like to stay informed concerning the rivalry to Android, then it may regard enhancing the motion picture determination to a full 1080p HD recording. Presently iPhone 4 has a 720p film catch at 30 casings for every second.

Display and Resolution

There hasn’t been a preferred screen determination subsequent to the discharge of the iPhone 4. As of now the iPhone 4 has a 3.5 crawls screen size, and causes demonstrate that Apple could stay bolted with the present size. At the same time a few alternate origins declare that Apple is wanting to build the screen size to 4-creep with higher screen determination. I feel that Apple might bargain at 3.7-creep or 3.75-creep.

In any case, the iPhone 5 might be a little more extensive and thinner. The extents are Calculated to be: 4.33″ x 2.36″ and .27″ thickness at the top and .21″ at the base, although the measurements of iPhone 4 are: 4.5″ x 2.31″ x .37″
iPhone 5

Other iPhone5 Features

Here are some of the other features that we can expect from the iPhone 5:
  •  Face Recognition Security
  •  4G/LTE support – According the AT&T documents leaked by LulzSec, the Apple iPhone 5 will offer 4G and will be LTE (Long Term Evolution) network compatible. LTE is a project of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), and is the latest standard in the mobile network technology.
  •  A new, sleeker body design
  •  OLED screen
  •  Scratch proof and shatter proof screen
  •  Wireless sync with iTunes
  •  Extended battery life
  •  Flash support
  •  SIM-Less Phone – According to International Business Times, it is rumoured that the iPhone 5 will feature a new SIM-less design with 2 to 3 internal antennas for CDMA and GSM compatibility, which will make it a “worldphone”.
  •  Physical Keyboard
  •  Increased Ram (from 512MB to 1GB)
  •  New Multi-tasking Look
  •  HD Audio
  •  Built In GPS
The aforementioned offers are some of the enhancements that we could probably look for from Apple. On the other hand, we cannot guarantee you that they might be correct, but a large portion of the redesigns are more possible to be used.
Fruit likely would like to battle once again in opposition to Android smartphone creators like HTC and Samsung, and probably it is why the late iPhone 5 will accommodate some of the remarkable emphasizes.

iPhone 5 Launch Date

Apple accompanies a custom to start brand new apparatuses in their mid year Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), but that didn’t happen for the present year.
In any case, BGR reported that an AT&T Vice President has affirmed to some workers that the iPhone 5 that gloats a stronger chip for handling information and a more propelled picture clicker is planned to be started in promptly October. Moreover, the VP conveyed the accompanying to a bunch of directors: “Expect things to get totally, positively hectic in the following 35-50 days, so arrange your crews subsequently.”
We would be able to look for the declaration of the iPhone 5 in a late September occasion on top of a discharge date set for promptly October.
The iPhone 4 has demonstrated to be one of the most obviously successful smartphones of record-breaking with pitching over 1.7 million mechanisms in unequivocally a few days of accesability, and we are looking for that the iPhone 5 will absolutely duplicate this achievement, and one thing is beyond any doubt – the bargains of iPhone 5 will likely blast and we could probably look for a tremendous number of individuals lined up at Apple stores when the gadget is ready for deal.

iPhone 5 Price

At this stage no official cost has been revealed but we look for the iPhone 5 to be the same cost than the iPhone 4 when it was discharged. We will upgrade this area whenever we have more data on that subject.

8 MP OmniVision camera in mobile

The rumor mill is churning up new speculations of the next-gen iPhone camera. The upcoming iDevice could very well end up with an OmniVision camera, instead of the previously rumored Sony snapper. Also an LTE-enabled iPhone is unlikely to hit the market in 2011 due to low interest and the slow growth of the LTE networks.
According to the DigiTimes sources the next-gen iPhone will begin its production in August and go on sale as early as September. The device will supposedly be dubbed iPhone 4S, which if true might be one of the most unfortunate namings we have ever seen (just say it out loud and you will see what we mean). Also we got word that Qualcomm will be the manufacturer of the 3G and CDMA radios of the smartphone.
The camera of the iPhone 4S has been a target of discussion before, when we thought Sony will be the 1 to manufacture it, supplying their Exmor R backside illuminated sensors to Apple. However latest gossip points at OmniVision sticking around for another round. It's rumored that OmniVision will supply the image sensors, while Largan Precision the lens kits.

This leaves us guessing about the sensor resolution. Smart money are still on an 8 MP unit but OmniVision has just announced their new generation 5 MP sensor, the OV5690, which has the ability to shoot 1080p video at 30 fps or 720p video at 60 fps. The new sensor will be 20% slimmer side, which might help it find its place and knowing Apple's love for slim devices might end up in their next smartphone.
It's less than a month now until the WWDC (it's starting 6 June), where the iPhone 4S should be unveiled.

iPad 2 For Travel: New Travel Apps, iMovie Trip Videos, Battery Life Tips, More

iPad 2 For Travel: New Travel Apps, iMovie Trip Videos, Battery Life Tips, More

When the first iPad came out just over a year ago, we were sure it would transform travel: Apple's tablet computer married work and play utilities so well, it rendered a laptop excess weight on a vacation. Thirteen months later, our computing behavior has already evolved drastically. Everyone from VPs to restaurant sommeliers to preschoolers are using iPads everywhere. It did not take long for the tablet to find a place in our lives.

Since the second generation iPad was released a month ago, much has been said about the new lighter, smaller, faster model. And the fact that Apple has added significant new features to iPad 2—such as the front- and back-facing cameras—without raising the price (it starts at $499). Let’s consider what the iPad 2 does to further transform travel with its smaller size, new cameras, innovative new travel apps, and iMovie travel videos.
iPad 2 For Travel

1. Packable Size, Speed
Yes, the iPad 2 is light (33 percent lighter than iPad 1) and thin (thinner than the iPhone 4). It’s so fast—two times faster thanks to the A5 chip—that the graphics seem to fly across the screen as you use it. The sleek, skinny iPad 2 disappears in your handbag, tote, or backpack. And at the airport, iPads do not have to be screened separately in the security line.

2. Ample Battery Life
The ten-hour battery life means you can literally not worry about charging your iPad for days. Battery life is simply not an issue. The iPad also has its own voltage converter, so you just need to find a power adapter for your host country and you are all set.

Here are three ways to maximize your iPad’s battery life:

• Turn down the brightness of the screen.

• Limit the apps in your multitasking. Each open app is using a bit of battery. Close out of the apps you aren’t using.
• Turn off the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings when you are not using them. They soak up battery power.

3. Cameras for Video Chatting, Hi-Def Video, Photos
The much anticipated front- and back-facing cameras enable FaceTime chats from wherever you have a Wi-Fi signal—airport layovers, coffee shop chats, Madrid’s Plaza de Santo Domingo. More and more cities are publishing maps of their free Wi-Fi hotspots.

Though the cameras' video is hi-def, the photos are less sharp than photos taken with the iPhone 4. But in reality, shooting photos and video on the iPad is a little strange. For my iMove travel video (below), I used my iPhone 4 to shoot photos and video, then synced to my computer, then to my iPad. You can also use the USB adapter to sync iPhone 4 photos directly to iPad.

4. Top Travel App Innovations
With the addition of the new gyroscope and cameras, and the existing GPS, the world of travel apps is about to take off. The gyroscope and GPS could enable some very cool virtual tour guides of favorite travel sites—say an iPad tour of Machu Picchu where you point your iPad at a feature and it tells you historical facts. Here are some of the more impressive new iPad travel apps out there:

• iMovie - $4.99

Optimized for the iPad, this app could transform you into a filmmaker. For travel videos, it’s amazing. It makes editing videos simple—little kids could do it. See the section below to read the full review.

• National Geographic National Parks Maps HD App - $4.99
This app pairs hi-res images of points-of-interest within National Geographic HD topo trail maps for 15 parks (Yosemite, Yellowstone, Zion, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, and ten others). The iPad’s Digital Compass will locate you within the park when you are ready to start exploring.

• JetSetter - Free
This visually stunning, content-driven travel app lets you discover travel destinations through a gorgeous layout and photography. The stories and editorial reviews will tantalize you to take a trip—and the app even allows you to book a hotel stay with a cool calendar feature. It also has “Flash Sale” limited-time travel deals.

• Word Lens - Free, $9.99 per language
This app utilizes the camera to photograph and translate text. Right now it only works for English to Spanish and Spanish to English. Still it’s a remarkable service on the iPad. It’s not perfect. I tried it on my friend Mark Adam's new book title, Turn Right at Machu Picchu. It came up with “Turno Correcto a Machu Picchu,” which is a little off, but the possibilities are exciting.

• TripAdvisor - Free
Thanks to the iPad’s digital compass, TripAdvisor’s vast database of user reviews are made available on Google Street maps. Simply locate yourself via the GPS, then read reviews of nearby restaurants and hotels positioned on a Google Street View map. What’s surprising is all the local information. I always considered TripAdvisor to be best for international hotels. But with the app, I located myself in my apartment in Brooklyn and it showed me all the restaurants and businesses on my street with contact info and user reviews.

Finally The Amazing iPhone 4 Now Available In White

Finally.
The Amazing iPhone 4 Now Available In White

iPhone 4. In so many ways, it’s a first.

While everyone else was busy trying to keep up with iPhone, we were busy creating amazing new features that make iPhone more powerful, easier to use, and more indispensable than ever. The result is iPhone 4. The biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone.

FaceTime. Phone calls like you've never seen before.

People have been dreaming about video calling for decades. iPhone 4 makes it a reality. With the tap of a button, you can wave hello to your kids, share a smile from across the globe, or watch your best friend laugh at your stories — iPhone 4 to iPhone 4, iPad 2, the new iPod touch, or Mac over Wi-Fi. No other phone makes staying in touch this much fun.

Two cameras,two views.

iPhone 4 has two cameras: One on the front, which focuses on you. And one on the back, which focuses on everything else. FaceTime lets you switch back and forth between them at any time during a video call. All you have to do is tap a button.

Retina Display. The sharpest, most vibrant, highest-resolution phone screen ever.

Thanks to the Retina display, everything you see and do on iPhone 4 looks amazing. That’s because the Retina display’s pixel density is so high, your eye is unable to distinguish individual pixels. Which means Text in books, web pages, and email is crisp at any size. Images in games, movies, and photos pop off the screen. And everything is sharper.

In a word, resolutionary.

By developing pixels a mere 78 micrometers wide, Apple engineers were able to pack four times the number of pixels into the same 3.5-inch (diagonal) screen found on earlier iPhone models. The resulting pixel density of iPhone 4 — 326 pixels per inch — makes text and graphics look smooth and continuous at any size.

Brilliant, no matter how you look at it.

The iPhone 4 Retina display uses technology called IPS (in-plane switching) — the same technology used in the Apple LED Cinema Display and iPad — to achieve a wider viewing angle than on typical LCDs. Which means you can hold iPhone 4 almost any way you want and still get a brilliant picture. That’s perfect when you’re sharing photos with a friend or moving your iPhone around while playing a driving or flying game. In addition, the Retina display offers four times the contrast ratio of previous models, so whites are brighter, blacks are darker, and everything is more beautiful.

Control your iPhone with your voice with VoiceActivator

 http://masterjailbreak.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/1297026922-21.png
If you have Jailbroken your iPhone or iPod touch and use jailbreak apps then you would know that most of the times jailbreak apps have something special in them. And one of the latest jailbreak app is Voice Activator by Chpwn. It is an app which enables you to give command to your iOS device with your voice.
http://www.iphonefamily.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/VoiceActivator-v1.1.1.png

to let you take full control of the Voice Control feature of your iPhone or iPod touch. Launch apps, open URLs, use Activator actions: it’s all here, in one tweak.
http://images.intomobile.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/google-voice-actions-chrome-to-phone-event.png
This app is certainly magical as it allows you to control your device with your voice commands just like in the good old movie scenes and definitely it would be useful for you while you don’t want to touch your iPhone for whatever reason.
Isn’t it too bad that devices running on the Android OS can enjoy voice based commands on the entire operating system? The voice search tool for the Android OS can literally search anything on the web, your phone, call contacts, give commands and complete a lot of other operations. The Apple iOS lacked this feature, although there is a voice command feature for the iPhone and the iPod Touch, these can’t be used for a complete OS search or carrying out other functions such as starting applications and speak to enter text.
The wait is over, thanks to the developer chpwn, the app that can bring Android like voice enabled functions to the iOS has finally arrived. It’s known as the VoiceActivator and can be downloaded from the BigBoss repository via Cydia for $4.99. And yeah, this is an app for the jailbroken iPhone and iPod Touch, so you’ll have to Jailbreak your iPhone or iPod Touch to make use of this app. There’s a video after the break demonstrating how this app works.

This app would be soon available as Cydia.Check out the demo of this app in the video below.
